Saturday, February 6, 2016 - opened two days previously.

I am struck by the bright apple acidity with some funk. Not your buttery oaky cali chardonnay. I appreciate the Jura comments for the funk, but I don't get any oxidized notes. Fantastic, but proceed with caution.
