Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Golden robe with thin strings of tiny bubbles, the nose is surprisingly mature with aromas of marzipan, creme brulee and roasted almonds. The feel in the mouth is even deeper, expanding taste of toffee, caramel mou, roasted coffee, nuts and confit citron. The texture is reminiscent of vanilla cream or caramel flan. Ready to drink now.
