Wednesday, February 10, 2016 - Deep colour with a purple rim.
Plums, rip berries, violet florals, hint of dark spice.
Fleshy, very smooth, very long finish. Lovely sweet ripe fruits with a streak of dark spice. Raspberries, black cherries, some plum, modest well judged oak, finish is fruit-dominated. Crisp finish with very fine but plentiful tannins. Excellent structure. Delicious.
