Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Burnt caramel. Very candied. Pineapple. Orange. Rich and sweet, but medium acidity keeps it in check. As always coutet is the real deal. I suppose the only drawback is that these 2001 are so expensive, but damn is the vintage perfect for the stickies.
