Sunday, December 16, 2007 - Strawberry jam on the nose (I could have sworn I also smelled buttered popcorn, but only on the first glass); more strawberry in the mouth alongside chocolate and a wee hint of smoked meat; finish of blueberry pie. A very good shiraz on the soft side. Only have one bottle but I would not age this wine - drink it now.
