Thursday, March 17, 2016 - Why not drink wine for St. Patty's Day? Very consistent wine, even in a poor vintage. Typical full body I have come to expect from Caymus. Notes of vanilla, mocha, blackberry and a little dark red cherry or raspberry. Excellent finish.
