Wednesday, March 30, 2016 - Medium golden. An initial hit of minted milk chocolate was surprising. That quickly gave way to rich and creamy curry, old walnuts, savory caramel, all framed of course by lovely acidity. This was a particularly lovely example, meted out in small pours over four nights, simply corked in between, and served barely below room temperature.
