Sunday, April 17, 2016 - A mature colour, mahogany; quite full and round on the palate, with bramble, prune and some rather obvious oak; quite elegant, and with good length. There is a slight hardness to the wine, perhaps from the oak, but it is otherwise quite enjoyable. I think this should be drunk, as it is more likely to decline than improve.
