Saturday, April 30, 2016 - Slightly turbid ruby. No decant. Very little on the nose and very flat unimpressive palate. Day 2, a completely different wine. Vivid nose of cherry, strawberry, earth and herbal notes. Medium body and medium + acidity with soft tannins. Palate reflects the nose with delicious red fruit, and savory earth and herbal components. Moderate + length. Delicious. Obviously this wine needs a good decant.
