Saturday, May 21, 2016 - Nose was slightly herbal but pleasant. Just a little tight at first, but flavor and texture expanded after 30 minutes and paired very well with roast chicken and mushrooms. Slightly rustic finish but very expressive of its terroir and a real pleasure to drink.
