Sunday, December 30, 2007 - Bright cherry red. Hefty aromas of vanilla oak and creamy ambrosia salad. Big acidity and alc with pomegranite and tart persimmon grip. Smoked meat and cherry pie in the middle. Ending is forgiving of the early heat and just drops off quietly. A food shiner. (4+13+15+6) = 88
