Sunday, June 5, 2016 - Delicious. At first opening very strong sherry notes but then with air, and coming up a few degrees in temp above the refrigerator, it really started to blossom. Elegant nutty notes, lemon, white flowers, nice structure. Delicious with mild blue cheese and funky sheeps at end. Amazed this aged so smoothly.
