Monday, June 27, 2016 - Monday Cellar Visits in Burgundy - Clos de Tart, Lambrays, Bonneau du Martray and Perrot-Minot (Cote d'Or): Tasting at the domaine. 40% Combe d'Orveau 1er and 60% Bussieres. Bright red cherry aromas and flavors with very good concentration for its level. Fruit driven start, texturally driven finish really shows Chambolle nicely. Bright with subtle spice. Impressive.
