Friday, July 1, 2016 - (Disgorged in fall of 2015) Youthful and intensive nose showing oak, citrus and bread which is also dominating the palate. Lots of malic apples and baked bread. This cuvée is not as good as the cuvées was a couple of years ago. Feel a bit too much mainstream and not as rustic. Maybe a couple of years of extra cellaring could help with development. Best with 4-8 years of extra cellaring.
