Tuesday, August 9, 2016 - 91-92: IMO in a sweet spot. I have had some good showings of 08's recently. Upon opening had some funk, a little barnyard, wet leather, blew off and developed into more of a damp earth note. Lean and clean, red berries, cherries, earth, minerals, good acidity, great food wine.
