Thursday, August 11, 2016 - This is noticeably better than it was in February, 2015. Herbal on the nose but not distinct. Dark purple in the glass. Smooth, medium body. Dark cherry, a little vanilla and cedar taste. Tannins are softer than in 2015.
Very nice with breast of duck.
