Saturday, August 20, 2016 - Light straw color; very stoney, tart apple nose; when first opened and quite chilled it seemed a bit flabby textured (like many '05s) but as it warmed a bit it grew tighter and more mineral-driven with brisk acidity. Lingering finish. Very good.
