Friday, September 2, 2016 - Some canned fruit and elderberry on the nose. Easy-drinking, with not enough acidity and minerality to make it interesting, but an OK wine.

Edit: the opened bottle develops really nicely during one week. I will upgrade my verdict from Average to (barely) Good.
