Tuesday, September 13, 2016 - Dark red, dense and unclear color. Old with brown edge and sediments. Wonderful nose. Tertiary and developed with bonfire, dust and leather. Moss, forest floor and hints of mushroom. The palate is over the top. No tannins left. Mostly acidity from the fruit. Almost a bit simple, but has still got enough "oomph" to work nicely paired to braised lambs thigh.
