Monday, September 26, 2016 - Dark crimson in color, this wine reveals garrigue, black raspberry, cocoa powder and herbs on the nose. The mouth feel is medium-bodied with piquant acidity, garrigue and wet soil elements. The finish is nicely balanced and ended with the black raspberry notes coming out stronger. 13.5% abv.
Purchased for $14US, this is a very well made offering and an excellent qpr at this price point. Needs food to show its best.
