Monday, October 10, 2016 - Disjointed and hot upon opening. Came into its own after 2 hours, exhibiting notes of cocoa and coffee that made a great pairing with a nicely seared piece of beef tenderloin. Started building heat again about 5 hours in. ABV is not stated on the label; probably 21%+
