Monday, October 10, 2016 - Fabulous lunch at La Flor de Tetuán in Santander with friends (10/10/2016).
This wine is no lightweight. Although it initially did not give much on the nose, the sensation in the mouth was ever more so powerfull: saltiness, bright acidity,... complex wine with exotic fruits. Already quite nicely balanced but the oak is present. As others have noted this wine probably needs more time in the cellar.
