Monday, January 21, 2008 - Smooth and well balanced, a lovely chard. Pale yellow color. Inviting light citrus and a playfully acidic nose. Sits beautifully on the tongue with soft vanilla, subtle butter, rounded out by a pleasing minerality. Many subtle fruit undertones. Finishes clean and clear with decent length.
