Tuesday, November 15, 2016 - Ripe blackberries with a hint of Cassis on the nose. Much lighter than a California Zin, but is full and mouth filling with tons of black fruit. The finish is incredible with an explosion of spice leaning to Herbs de Provance, long finish with an intense cracked black pepper that lasts almost two minutes. Decanted 30 minutes before tasted.
