Sunday, December 11, 2016 - Aromatics: lychee, bruised apple, and booze.
Palate: Pretty fat. Some lemon and apple yield to a very waxy/oily flavor. Finish is short but the heat is high. Low acidity. A chore to drink @14.5%. Perhaps this could have used some more SB.
