Tuesday, December 13, 2016 - Drinkable now, but still plenty of fine dry tannin. Needs food. Good fruit...likely the fruit will last to see the absorption of the structural elements, but I feel like this is not guaranteed. If you prefer/like young Barolo, you might slate this one for consumption within 5 years. If you like Barolo aged and/or don't mind a bit of a gamble, hold for at least 10 years to let the some of the tannins drop out and see what remains.
