Saturday, February 2, 2008 - Maybe this wine would have been better if drank within 2 or 3 years of bottling. Seems like a perfect example of what someone who made money in some other field and thinks their midas touch transfers to wine. It really does not seem to matter if you have all the marketing buzz words, organic, gravity flow, tight spacing south facing vineyards etc., you have to get good fruit and not screw it up. This is a pedestrian wine at best and reeks of not being able to "walk the talk". Fortunately I only have a few bottles left and can focus on finding and drinking good pinot rather then drinking this poor one.
