Tuesday, December 27, 2016 - When I first opened the bottle I thought it had turned - a little bitter finish and a slight funky smell. After half an hour it blossomed in the glass. Light and sweet, good acid. Went great with chicken piccata and spaghetti squash with oil and garlic.
