Saturday, December 31, 2016 - Wanted to like this, but felt it fell short. Citrus and yeasty notes on the nose. Creamy effervescence on the palate. Crisp and dry. Everything correct, but nothing special. Lacked freshness. Perhaps a few too many years in the cellar?
