Wednesday, December 28, 2016 - popped and poured with bacon wrapped pork chops, celery root purée, and chanterelles.

Starting to get tired, still has that huge almost too-sweet mouthfeel but the oak and fruit are fading, and I've always thought the wines of this era from SB were over-oaked. Overall still quite pleasurable. Drink up!
