Sunday, January 1, 2017 - Long and balanced. Complex and constantly changing in decanter and glass over two hours. Lead, mint, flowers, earth and red berries. Peppery finish with a hint of spice and cedar. Just a hint of tannin left in this. Silky smooth and so elegant. Perfect balance. Still going strong. Drink 2016-2024.
