Friday, January 20, 2017 - Purple to inky, medium legs, light sediment. Aromas of raspberry, black currant, raisin, clove and toast. Flavors of raspberry, light cranberry, raspberry, black currant, raisin. Not as jammy as many Zinfandels. Medium/full body, polished texture, medium finish, low acidity. A decent quality, more subtle Zinfandel that complimented multiple dishes and still had impact on days 3 & 4. At $16, a value for Napa Valley and QPR average. Certainly good enough to seek out future vintages. Drink now or within 2 years.
