Saturday, February 11, 2017 - Nose has hint of leather and tobacco. It has a medium rich mouthfeel, it's dry, medium to medium high acidity, medium tannins with medium volume, medium all around! Spices, black pepper, black currants, red fruit on the finish. I actually paired this with chicken involtini and it worked out ok.
