Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - 50th Birthday Winefoolishness (Chicago, IL): An elegant Bordeaux. Full nose has mature cherry fruit layered with green pepper, tobacco leaf and herbs. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with good mature fruit. Nice complex array of flavors. Elegant style and well proportioned. Drinking in harmony and offering a lot of pleasure.
