Sunday, March 19, 2017 - very interesting pairing at a dinner with fantastic wines. served with a deconstructed carrot salad, turned to work very well. Still has a bit of tannic grip, but the dark berry and mocha notes are dominate. Behind the primary flavors there is smoke and underbrush for a very balanced wine
