Wednesday, March 1, 2017 - Nose a bit earthy, with cherry and mineral base. Palate still a bit tannic and tight, but the fruit was quite nicely wrapped with oak spice. Mineral aftertaste.
Can age longer too keep in track of its development, but can consume now with a 2-3 hrs of breathing.
