Monday, April 10, 2017 - One of the better Scholium whites you can find. Very versatile. Good acidity props this up so it can be enjoyed with a variety of foods and by itself. Orchard fruits, honey, spice. This has a lot going on at a decent weight considering the alcohol. The acidity really balances it out though, so it does not drink heavy.
