Friday, April 14, 2017 - Cognac color. Mouthfilling intensity, steely dryness with notes of nectarine, honeycomb, bay leaf and dried corn. One of the most unique wines I've ever had. (This wine spends a year on the skins in amphora before being moved to cask for six years' aging prior to release.)
