Friday, April 28, 2017 - My first time trying QC. Enjoyed at a restaurant PnP. This was really good from the start and got better with more air. I didn't take notes but a few things stood out. On the nose this had a smokiness and with more air it picked up a maple sugar note. It had a very nice texture with a slight tannic grip and a very long finish. It continued to get better with air for the couple of hours that it lasted. Next time I will give it more air and decant, because fine sediment inclusion made the last glass or two more tannic and bitter.
