Monday, May 1, 2017 - The bouquet was dark and moody with wood tones, savory herbs, dried raspberry, and hints of herbal tea. On the palate I found tart red fruit, infused with savory herbs, dark chocolate, tense acidity, and grainy fine tannin that saturated the senses. It finished long with bitter dark red fruit and lingering tannin.
