Friday, May 5, 2017 - Dense ruby garnet color, haze and opaque. The smells are coffee, strawberry, some barnyard, dill, earth, and peppery notes. Tastes are strawberry, clove, olive, cherry, and peppery spices. Sweet and long finish with nice acidity and finely dusted tannins.
