Friday, May 12, 2017 - {winery} tasted about 2oz during my visit, then took the remainder with me. kept at room temp for 2 days, and tried again...completely different, i.e. ready. Lovely structure, and the very essence of Sangiovese - structured, sapid, lovely. I was not (so much) a fan on day one, but saw the promise, and on day 3, it delivered. recommended
