Friday, May 19, 2017 - Color is autumn brown and yellow, good clarity and translucent. Smells are brown sugar, iodine, bell pepper, cinnamon, and band aid. The tastes are tea, syrup, leather, sour cherry, and orange zest. Tannins are resolved and the finish is herbal and sour.
