Friday, May 19, 2017 - Wow, this full bodied zin is showing very well now. Deep, rich fruits, blackberries, black cherries, and hints of licorice. Still deep in color, this is a well balanced wine with a long finish. Impressive! I think this is probably at it's peak, but I'm going to wait a year or two before drinking my next bottle. No doubt that Ridge zinfandels can age...
