Saturday, May 20, 2017 - Decanted for 1h. Wow! Opulent red fruit and cedar nose, on the palate delicious milk chocolate, cherries, and a hint of an acid finish. Supremely well integrated, like silk. Smooth and classy. Tonight with ribeye, asparagus, and Spanish rice.
