Monday, May 29, 2017 - Pale straw color. Aromas or quince, slate, white pepper and lime zest. Leads on the palate with pear and citrus notes, with underlying mineral and spice depth consistent with the nose. Medium body, fleshy texture with ample acidity, with nice depth on the finish. Nicely done.
