Friday, June 2, 2017 - A very very different SB. Pale yellow. Very perfumey nose initially blends with the grass on the palate and completely disguises SB typicity. With time, the perfume gets stronger, the grass recedes, and one is left with what smells and tastes exactly like viognier. A very good one, too, with bright acidity.
