Saturday, June 10, 2017 - Absolutely loved this. It evolved over time in bottle (3 hours or so) from red and black fruits, to olive and coffee/chocolate. Just stunning. The acidity and tannin structure are wonderful. It was near cellar temp at the start which was lovely. As it warmed it maintained the sort of granite character... I wouldn't worry about opening this soon... in both senses. Open now = pleasure, open in 10 = pleasure
