On the palate, this is amazingly dense and viscous at first, but the acid kicks in and makes this surprisingly weightless after a minute. More crushed rocks and ginger...suggestion of RS, and the alcohol becomes visible on a finish that reminds me of the szechuan peppercorn (the one that numbs your mouth). Long finish. I don't know what else I could ask for in this wine.
