Wednesday, June 21, 2017 - While not overly exciting or complex, this wine really delivers classic Nigl Grüner flavors. There is typical white pepper with a slightly viscous lanolin waxy quality. There is also a slight Citronella aroma which adds to the yin/yang perception of sweet vs. dry. I hope age provides greater complexity; I've had great results with aged bottles of this wine.
